- National Afforestation Strategy of the Republic of Serbia (project leader: Dr. Mihailo Ratknić, senior research associate of the Institute of Forestry)
- A study on the reclamation of coppice and artificially-established forests in Timok forest area and the possibilities of using biomass for energy purposes. (project leader: Dr. Mihailo Ratknić, senior research associate of the Institute of Forestry).
- Assessment of resources and sustainable use of non-timber forest products in Serbia (project leader: Dr. Mihailo Ratknić, senior research associate of the Institute of Forestry).
- Forest measurements and program development for the owners of forests in the National Park "Djerdap" and development plan preparation for the PE National Park "Djerdap" in 2013.
- Fir provenance test in south-western Serbia
- Research on the impact of air pollution and its effects on forest ecosystems in the Republic of Serbia (sample plots - leader: Dr. Radovan Nevenić, senior research fellow of the Institute of Forestry) - Level 1 and Level 2.
- The Reporting, Prognostic and Diagnostic (RPD) service (leader: Dr. Mara Tabakovic-Tošić, research fellow of the Institute of Forestry, Belgrade)
